What should the printer and comm settings be for a BB?Should the printer and the comm both be "none"?

Printer: Seiko Netplex Printer
Coin Comparitor: MC-40
Hopper: BlueBird compatible
BV: JCM BilVal

Comm

Host 1
Validation Standard
AFT: SAS primary
Legacy Bonusing: SAS primary
Machine control: SAS primary
Voucher In/Coupon In: SAS primary
Voucher Out: SAS primary

Hopper settings:
Coin out : 0,00 since I don't want Hopper pay at the moment. Machine prints tickets just fine!
