WMS BB plays fine and accepts bills when first turned on after sitting a while. After about 10-15 mins of play will stop accepting bills and reboots.
Do you think its the power supply starting to fail?

I had a similar problem and solved it by applying some fresh heat sink compound on the CPU.

Probably power supply then.  Look at your capacitor to see if they are bulging.

I think I have narrowed it down.I disconnected the button lamp plug off of the backplane and it stop rebooting. Now to figure out if the lamps are the wrong size or if the 24v power supply is weak.

The lamps in the button deck use 5 volts, not 24 volts.
