I am trying to set up my multi denom multi percentage red, white and blue.  When I put in the chips and cleared the memory and then did key chip I am getting an error.  I set accounting denomination at 0.01.  Game denominations are 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.10, 0.25, 0.50, 1.00, 2.00, 5.00, 10.00, and 20.00.  When I close the machine I get a denomination unknown error.  What do I need to do to get this resolved?

I have 11-13 disabled, but the first 10 denoms are enabled with the settings.

At least I think that's what you mean, or is it something in the attendant menu instead of the key chip menu?

Yes.  I don't remember what I set that as.  Should that be the same as accounting denomination?

You also need to set payback percents for each denom you want to use.

What SG chips do you have installed?  You have to set accounting denom, player coin denom and each game denom.

Can guide more when I know the chip we are dealing with.

Are you using a multi-line, multi-credit option 10 button deck or the standard 5 button deck? Well, it would be 6 if you have a denom select button I guess

I wonder if you installed a game that requires the 10 button deck.
What game and is it a multi line multi coin game?

it is a Red White and Blue 5 line standard game as far as I know.  I changed the base chip to the one with all the percentages, and the game chips to the ones to allow multi denom

Are you trying to use all available denominations?
I am thinking that SG198 is designed for multi-line multi-credit per line themes.
What base chip is it?

I just looked up SG00198 on here and matches my suspicion that 198 was designed for multi-credit multi-line games and that is why it is giving you the error
You have to pick another set of SG chips or try a single line game from what I can tell.
The SG is looking for additional parts

The reason I asked about your base chip is I wanted to be sure it was not a multi-credit and multi-line theme (like Cleopatra)

Is there an sg chip that will work with my version chip and still give multi denom with the 5 line red white and blue?

If you are trying to use more than 4 denominations, I am not sure
I know some one had 13 denoms but not sure what game was in the machine.
