Welcome to the site!

 NLG Welcome

Other than having played Megatouch games, I'm not really familiar with the insides of them.  Hopefully someone will chime in soon to help you.  In the mean time, you may want to go ahead and post pictures of what you're talking about to potentially help someone help you with your machine.

You can post up to two pictures per post when you attach them to the post using the forum's software.  You may create as many replies in the thread as you need if you would like to post more than two pictures.

 Please Post Pictures

Good luck with your machine.   yes

If your pictures won't upload here, chances are that they're too large to be accepted by the forum software. Here's a way around that:

An alternate method of adding pictures is:

Visit http://www.tinypic.com/ , click the "Browse..." button to locate a picture on your computer, and then from the "Resize" drop-down box where it says "Default", change that to "15" Screen (800x600)".  Then click the big green "Upload Now" button and you'll be set.

Once the picture uploads, just copy the text labeled "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards" and paste it into a post here.
