Customers game, has Leisure Time Pot Of Gold board with U510 Eproms installed. Checksums as follows:
U4 - 04E6DD7e
U5 - 06289E1E
U7 - 04ACBEC6
U8 - 06273AA8
-------------------
total - 15E3750A

Anyone know which one is bad from the list?

I suspect the main NVRAM battery has failed too as the Time/Date is 00:00:00 01/01/80 on the error screen, the clock appears to be counting OK (at 00:28:xy when I left machine).

Are there any surprises in changing the battery on the socketed IC? It says to never unplug the IC from the one below it (the battery I assume)...

I did download a copy of the POG manual from another thread but that was for versions 701 or later. If anyone has the 510 version that too would be useful.

Thanks for your time!

Thanks. Actually it turned out the ROM checksums were correct (if anyone needs them). What appeared to happen was a memory reset issue. We could not get into the Factory Tests section at all, but were able to get the machine running again.
I also found earlier copies of the manual in case anyone ever needs one, LMK.
