Hi,

There is no bill acceptor any more, I switched it off in the options but it still shows stacker bos door open. The cables are laying around in the machine and I don't know what to do to clear this code.

Is there a dipswitch on the board to turn the bill acceptor off, just like in the Bally 6000 for example...?

Thanks for your help.

Anyone with a gamemaker with bill accptor, I would be glad to get a pic of where the cables go...

connect yellow and gray wires together,  then insulate orange wire separately.

Hi,

Thanks for helping.

I tried to follow your instructions but it ended up into a short cut.

Are these wires the ones you were talking about?

The picture shows the cable that was plugged to the bill acceptor...

Thanks...

That harness plugs into the bill validator board, which plugs into the BV head.  There is a separate harness going from the BV board to the stacker box and micro switches.  Picture of the BV board attached (borrowed from elsewhere).  The white plug on the board is what connects to the harness going to the stacker.  Not a direct answer to your by-pass stacker issue but hopefully helps.
