I'm posting the photo of what I think is a display Vfd together. I need to know what the connector that I've boxed in red is for.
It goes on a S2000 machine. Hope this is enough info.

The small netplex spectrum display has the same plug in . But the display is on the other side of the board

Do you need to see were the other end of the plug plugs into ? . Mine is a dual unit and is differant than yours  . but if more pic will help i will be glad to post them . PB

Looks like a VFD for a S2000 with a 663 display and it's an unused socket. Only the two on the left edge of the board in your picture are used in IGT's setup. I've got 3 machines using those and none incorporate that plug for game operation.

So, to answer your question, nothing...
