plz somoene can help me about 1493 he cant switch
i change the zener and the fet and the ic 115 but no switching plz help

I would check the HOT, flyback, bridge rectifier, and there's a diode next to the fet that sometimes goes too, sorry but I don't recall the exact location.

Good thing to keep in mind is if the HOT checks bad there's a good chance the voltage regulator transistor is shot to. If the HOT checks good, it could still be the regulator as they're not overly durable componants. You might try checking the voltage at the center leg of the HOT while it's chirping and see what it reads. Normal operating voltage is 130v

the voltages in hot is not stable every times he change 127v and 12v and he come 127v
i dont understand why

If you're getting surges to 127 then you regulator isn't working. It's firing then dying, firing then dying. Won't latch and stay on. Check the other cpmponants in the regulator circuit
