Hi Guys,
My company has tasked me with fixing a crap ton of WMS BBU machines that we have, now with no knowledge of these machines and a lot of guessing i was able to get 35 machines running in the game and playing etc.... so then i acquired a 1810 Ram clear and started to clear these machines to erase all previous casinos info. jurisdiction is OK. but now when i load the games up, all i can do it go into the attendant menu by keying the machines it states DATE/TIME DENOM. Devices etc not configured.. when i go the the setup menu it just has sound and touchscreen nothing else. does anyone know if i need a set key/dongle or something else to setup these games and get them playing again?

Thank you for all the help guys.

Sounds like your turning the Reset Key to access the menu, you should be pressing the Diagnostic Button located in the middle of the frame as seen when the Main Door is open (White Cherry Switch)

I cant believe i didnt notice that the dig menu and the attendanten menu where different you would think i would notice the pink screen over blue...now i have to clear again since i changed the base denom to 0.001 .... Do you know what the basic settings would be? For like just normal bets?

Looking at the menus in the BB and compairing them with the Alpha, they appear to be the same.
Although I have never owned or setup a BB, here are the setting I use for the Alphas.
It should help you navigate the menus as they look to be written by the same person.
