hello all!!

I need a little help here..

Just got a 777 nudge..

It lights up all the lights but i get no LED lights at all.

It wont test spin or except any coins or the bill validator wont do nothing...

It wont do nothing at all.... just lights up....

I have pulled all cables and repluged them back in and check the battery and every thing is good there......

I have tested the power to the board on the door and the 12 v and 5v all read good....

there is one more voltage to check, the yellow wire on the power supply, it should be +24 vdc.    next I would check the bill acceptor side door, usually there is a lock and cam that  engages with a switch directly above the hole where the lock gets mounted.  if the machine sees the door is open it will shut the game play down.

If all good, then the only other item is the board itself or the software on the board.  the only way to know that would be to test it in another working machine.

Hope this helps

Sounds and looks like your game chips and sound chips could be bad...Since the "erase window" is uncovered, it is possible that UV light has erased some of the programming of the eproms...Also, you might have a bad CPU board...
Hope this helps you...

the yellow wire comming off the power supply is giving 23.7 v

There is no switch on the bill box door....

There is 2 wires there that are wire nuted together. Looks like some one took the switch out and put the 2 wires together.

i think i found the issue.

I think it is the PSU..

I been messing with the power plugs on the PSU and i got the bell to ring and the tilt light to come on twice..

So im going to be buying a PSU for it this week...

Will keep you all posted on what happens..

Thanks everyone  for all your help..

How do you do a hard clear??

Is that by holing down the test  button and turning the reset key while turning on the machine??

Resetting and clearing ram on a Sigma

Hold in the test button next to the power switch, then turn and hold the reset key, then turn on the power switch at the same time. Continue holding the test button and the reset switch until the reels turn and the door says ram cleared (about 15 seconds). The door should read turn reset key twice. This will hard clear the machine

Yes, you hold both the reset key and the reset button while turning on power. If you did this what happened? Also, you must hold both switches for 30 seconds.
