Never heard of a plus.  There were 2 different series as I recall, the 7000 and the 7200 series.  What is this about?

I saw a machine with top glass that read "Game Maker Plus" that is supposed to be a multi-denomination Bally GM. I was wondering if that was what the "Plus" stood for, or if there was more to it than that?

With the different prices at Happ for the 2 different 13" LCD's I am wondering if the plus is for a Touchscreen version, there were early model Bartops that used a 13" monitor that were non touchscreen, I have had many GM Keno Plus games that were no different, I am curious on this, there was also a large monitor version GM at the same time of the 13"

I have a Gamemaker Plus.  It has a 13" touch screen and is multi-denomination for all 10 games.  I've never owned the "non-Plus" version of the GameMaker so I'm not sure of the differences between the Plus and the non-Plus versions.

Hope this helps.

It appears from Stats message and yours that the "Plus" must refer to the multi-denomination feature of the Mains. That is the only difference I have been able to discern in this thread.

At this point I tend to agree. My top glass is copyrighted 2001 and reads "Multi-Denomination". The first multi-denomination mains that I know of were the 22's and they are also copyrighted 2001.
