Bad Jurisdiction

Hi Guys;

I've got a big bang piggy banking machine and has a NJ jurisdiction. Whwnever I turn it on I get the BAD JUR code. I use my clear chip and once in a great moon it clears but usually has the same BAD JUR code comes up.

Now, Can I change BOTH boards and get a new set of chips and get away from the jurisdiction BS?

Thinking of charging the whole game to another game.

AnY HELP?

Changing boards will work.  I have 2 Dotmations side by side and when I cant get something working, I just swap boards.  Trial and error I guess.  I was getting the Bad Jur error so I first tried all the other jurisdictions just to rule that out.  I attached a list of all of them for you.  Start with no jumpers (basic), then try Nevada (since you already tried NJ) those are the most common in my experience. 

I believe though that my ultimate solution ended up being I had a bad set of Eproms (XU2 and/or XU3 to be exact).  After I found another set, the problem was solved.  Maybe another member here has an extra set to sell you??  Good luck!
