Hi to everyone, I have a problem in a machine due to a printer version. The machine has a Seiko Printer PSA 66 ST V2.4.0 and works fine, at first the machine had the following memory eproms: M0 M1001G 2104-24 & M1 M4001G 2104-24. Due to limitations on the double down feature which I enable after a complete RAM clear,( just allowing 4 times on enabled games in a wining hand or combination), I change this memory eproms in order to have a open double up, limited on the amount of credits won I configure as a ceiling amount. Hard to get the memory eproms to get this done.. M0 M1000B 2104-23 & M1 M4000B 2104-23; In the hopper settings I have the options : coin; Seiko printer.

So, I set the hopper to: Seiko printer. It works nice & smooth.

The thing is that a I have the same machine with a different printer version, same brand (SEIKO PRINTER PSA 66 ST R2.5.5) and when cashing out.. I do get a ticket printed with no problems, but then the machine disables with a printer fault. So after open/close the door to clear the tilt, the machine reprints the same ticket (same quantity, same voucher number, same bar code same everything except time stamp...and on screen the same thing :printer fault.... and if I clear the tilt the printer reprints the same mention before. Having all this same tickets differing in time stamps. And the machine always on a printer fault.

I do know that you can download versions on this printers but never seen the kit, does anyone have an idea how to make this work? or printer versions info? thanks in advance, any help would be appreciated..

Note: restoring the first memory eproms in the board, the machine works as it should, printing when cashing out, no printer faults, etc.... just the limitation I mention in the double down. And yes... already swap printers and definitely is the printer version.
