Where or how do I determine what type of IGT game I have.  For example,  Game King or Triple Double Diamong 10 row?  Are they S2000 I+, etc???  Where do I look for the IGT type on the machine?  Thanks.............

 Please Post Pictures

In a nutshell, machines are typically referred to as to the platform they are, like S+, S2000, I-Game, and Game King, unless the reference is to a specific game issue. The game (like Triple Diamond, Red White Blue, etc) is irrelevant really, as it is interchangeable within the same cabinet/platform, just requires different glass, software, and (if applicable) reel strips. Not sure if there is an official breakdown of the different platforms, but here are some quick ID tips:

S2000 - Available in Round Top, Chop/Casino Top (9" flat top), 16" Flat Top  or Sit-Down/Slant model. Most easily identified by the VFD display window located on the left under the reels, most often the display is a blue color. Another give away is the "bat wing" speakers on each side...or "ears", as I call them!

I-Game - Same cabinet styles as S2000, however, an I-Game is fitted with a monitor instead of reels. Contains some different internal parts, but we won't go there now.

Game King - Again, same cabinet styles as the S2000, and has a monitor just like the I-Game, but software is comprised of more than one game, typically approx. 12 player-selectable games to choose from on the home screen. Then within the Game King family, there are different versions of Game Kings as well (4.0, 4.3, 5.0, 6.0, 6.2), to confuse the matter even more, which are identified by the software versions.

Hope this helps.

There is now a Sigma Derby at "the D Las Vegas" (formerly Fitzgeralds) in downtown Las Vegas. I played it last week.
