I've done a "key" on an R board with success. Now I can not clear any error that comes up. I opened the door "M" error I opened the cash box door "B" Error and remove the B/V and a B/V error. No mater what I do they will not clear.

Several is an under statement. I put the Clear/key chip back in and did a clear and when it was done I still had the door M error. I had already changed the 2 door sensors BUT they came from a machine I have never booted yet so tomorrow I'm gona try a set from another machine. They can't all be bad.

I only did one of these myself. I know I screwed up in the sequence once or twice & did it over.. I don't remember exactly how I did it.
If I'd get on one I could figure it out. Maybe someone will chime in who knows for sure. Good luck. If my old mind starts working tomorrow I'll let you know if no one else helps you.

New add. It had a SAS error so I just Keyed it. It booted fine, but the B/V didn't cycle. I tried a different B/V and thats when the errors poped up that will not clear

Check voltage on the Green battery...needs to be +3.0v.  These sound like stacked errors on the tattle tale chip.
