Weird one here.  The top (change/service) part of the candle is stuck on.  The button clicks but doesn't turn it off.
What I've tried:  When I enter the menu (white button) the top of the candle turns off.  If I go into self test, I can trigger it with the key as it should.   I tried jumping the micro switch with a piece of wire momentarily, but it still doesn't turn off...

Any ideas?

Q8 & Q6 Triacs on the processor board... you should check those... if it's a 340 board.
