Hello All,
I picked up my first Slot Machine at a yard sale, paid a grand total of $25.00 for it.  Needless to say, it needs some work.  The guy I bought it from couldn't find the keys. After drilling out the locks, I did find the keys safely locked inside the machine. The front plate says it's a GA33c manufactured in 09/92.  I would like to bring it back to life.  So here's my questsions.

What machine do I have?  I found a manual called the complete service manual for the Sslot and s-plus series.  While a lot of stuff looks the same, the processor board layout looks vastly different.  I would like to get a manual for this machine.
I'm stuck in the 61-1 loop.  I've pulled the cmos chip, rubbed it against steel, powered up the machine, hit the reset switch until it bongs.  Still nothing.  Replace the door optics?
There are no wireing harnesses to the door switches, are they necessary?

There is no power harness for the coin mech.  the rest of the coin harness is there as well as the plug for the coin mech, Can I rewire this myself or can I get just that part of the harness?

The leftmost button is apparently a replacement, but for what?  it's disconnected, however all the wire connections are intact.  Should this switch be replaced?

Finally, I found this harness inside the machine.  As best I can tell, it doesn't go to anything on my machine.  If that;s true, I woudl be willing to mail it to anyone who can put it to good use.

Im going to attempt to upload some pictures, however since this is my first time who knows.  If I can;t get them in this post I'll do another post for them

Thanks in advance, and sorry for the long post,
Drnec

Here's the odd wiring harness I found in the machine.  If it dosen't belong to this machine, I would be happy to mail it to someone who could use it.

Thanks again.

s+ slant top. a slant is basically the same as an upright, but the cabinet is different. the main difference is the escalator hopper and the positioning of the reel strips. the strips go on differently because of the angle of view of the pay line.
