Hello all
I have a Betty boop, history as follows. We havent worked on many 5500(Proslot) Customer had a 81-1 code(low battery) Had this error for 2 years. Road tech was able to do a hard reset and get rid of the error after replacing batt of course. Now the road tech says it has a 91- C error he cant clear. What is needed to get rid of this error? It is a home machine so no Progressive. Also I noted the black connector in front. Not sure if the road tech plugged this in after clearing and if it would cause this issue if left unplugged.
