Hi new to the forum.  I have a IGT video poker machine model #IA 65c and it always pays a couple extra quarters.  Any ideas?  Does anyone also know where I could get a manual?

Can you post a picture of the machine?  As odd as it may seem, the model number doesn't help much.

Does the machine acknowledge that it's paying out too many coins (with an "Extra Coin Out" error)?  If so, it's likely just your hopper brake (or the spring for it).  Use the "search" button at the top of the page and search for Hopper Brake in both the PE+ and S+ reel category (the hoppers are the same) and you'll find some helpful information.

IA65c = players edge plus imbedded bill acceptor bonus poker credit. check the brake spring on the hopper motor. it is probably stretched or missing

Thanks a lot, the spring was streached out and didn't have enought tension.  Works perfect now!  Thanks again
