I have an IGT S+ RWB
I would like to be able to turn off the sound as I know a certain member of my household will want
to play in the middle of the night but will not want to disturb anyone.
I was thinking about adding a small toggle switch near the speaker and bridging one of the speaker wires.
Has anyone done this before ? Does it matter what wire I cut ?  Help

There is already a volume knob on the MPU, just turn it way down.

I know about the volume knob.I didn't want to have to open up the machine to temporarily turn off the sound.

A small size bath towel stuffed in one corner of the coin tray does wonders for muffling sounds.

Ron  They say the second thing that goes is your mind. You must be going into your third stage.  Question of the day " Where is the speaker located on a IGT S+ Slot Machine ?" ( Bet you wish now you had kept at least one)   Scratch Head Scratch Head mooners

Ok.  Hail    The speaker on a S-2000 IS in the coin tray and the speaker for the S+ is located just ABOVE the coin tray.  You have to put the towel on the right side of the coin tray for a S-2000 and on the left side of the S+.

That's what confusing.  arrow  And thats my story and I am sticking to it rotflmao You did not tell him which side to set the towel on.  Scratch Head
Besides I am in my third stage not the second. bust gut laughing

Here we go, the age old question. Which is the left side of a machine ??   OK I know, the opposite side from the right.

Nice.  That's a nice hidden add-on for your machine.  Thanks for the idea and picture.
