Ceronix 1793- I hear the high Voltage pulsing but the monitor will not come on. I have done a complete cap update, Changed 115, LA7838, 423, 460, LM324N, 296 and 181. All caps are in correctly. Has anybody seen this before?

Hello
Check Parts 477 and 478 in the flyback circuit. I have seen them short. They are HER208 Diodes.
