I turn on game and on the screen it says wait initalizing but stays there never starts shut game off and restart but the same any ideas cant get game up game is little green men

Was the game working previously? Have you made any recent changes (I.e. software, etc.)?

My Munsters vision will do this if it is too cold. I only keep the heat in the garage at 45.
Untill it warms up to 65 or better then I turn this machine on.

The machine is in the warm place       I have an inhanced board the battery reads 2.64 and the green is all most dead could batterys cause this

Dead green battery is probably the culprit. If leaving it turned on for several hours doesn't charge it then it needs replaced. Your coin battery needs replaced also

OK I changed the green battery and the machine works like new thanks I tried the other by leaving machine on for a couple of hours but battery only came up half way that would have been the last thing i would haved looked at The game battery was 3.1v
