Hi,
I have a couple of 17' IGames (Enchanted Unicorn and Tail Gate) on 39 board and I want to set the denomination on 1c, 2,c and 5c and the coin denomination at 50c.
When I bring up the Keychip menu at the denomination setting says at the top :multi denomination limited and at the bottom says SAS Credit denomination equals Coin Denomination (or something like this) and it doesn't let me set the player denomination lower than the coin denomination. I can set multi denomination but all of them must be above the coin value.
I try clear MPU and ram but no result. Is this due to the game's software? Or there are something that I can do. Those softwares are the old ones with the red menu buttons and 17 or 31 key chip.
I removed that software kit and I put other game on it (but with the blue menu buttons and the 22 key chip) and is working ok. So I thing those softwares have that limit.

Any suggestion is welcome!

Your lowest denom option can't be any lower than your accounting denom. You can maybe use tokenization to set the credit value of a single coin higher. On my machines I set the lowest denom option at a quarter, the accounting denom at a quarter and the token value at seventyfive cents. Doesn't matter if you're using real quarters because it's just a software setting, game doesn't care what coin you're using, just what it's told it's worth

"SAS Credit denomination equals Coin Denomination"

The other option is called, "FULL", and that lets you set the credit and coin at different values.  You can set this option (if it's available) at the first screen under denomination, where you choose the hopper denom.  At the bottom, there should be an option to change it to FULL.  If it's not there, then I'm not sure you can change it.  That's how I do it on poker ... not sure about slots.

Good luck! wave

@yjam
The only settings I have is Hopper/Coin denomination and at the next page the players denomination. If I set the coin value at 0,50c at the next page all the denominations bellow 0,50c are greyed out. And this is an old software and the correct Keychip is the 17 or the 31, not the 22.

@ 4 Deuces
I think you are right. Yes the other one is called "full", I have it on other games. Unfortunately I do not have the option to change it. I was hoping maybe a different key chip could do the work cause it says on the Keychip's main menu "Security Level 1.

@cowboygames
I think you misunderstood me. I am talking about the COIN Denomination and the Player's Denomination. There is no Accounting denomination at this type of software and no Tokenization option too. At your settings you have 25c the players denomination and the coin denomination you set it to 75c. This is something that I cannot do.

 Anyway, thanks for your answers!

Sorry, was thinking your programming options might be similar to the S2000 platform. I haven't had the opportunity to program a video platform yet.
