Seems like an easy question, but I figured why re-invent the "reel".  I have a Super Star Spin with a noisy 4th reel.  It is not the same design as the other 3 reels and pulling the spokes tight with a cable tie wouldn't work.  The reel is clear plastic instead of black and is completely different the the other reels.   It is noisy because the reel strip rattles and I can wiggle it.  It I put a little tape on it I can get it quiet, but I was afraid to leave the tape there for good.  The seam on the reel strip is very secure and I am kinda timid about pulling it apart to try to tighten it.  The reel strip is one of the water soluble ones and is back lit.  I am tempted to use a tooth pick and put a few drops of rubber cement around the reel.  Is there a better way? If I separate the reel strip seam and try to tighten it will I be able to get the seam to stay closed again?
