I've got a Denver duck that I turned the volume down to a 1 and its still really loud. Any body have any proven hacks to make it quieter. Its really quiet in service but once game starts seems a lot louder. Thanks for the help. Todd

Are you using the volume in "options" or "setup"?

Amp board is in the top box on the back wall. Had an extra, tried it and it worked. Dumb luck really...

If this is a "Reel Touch" you can't adjust Volume in Options. Volume is adjusted in "Setup" and then "LCD Volume".

Thanks, this is my first digital slot. I have worked on the williams 550, but do not own it. My daughters are loving the duck, mainly because of the video mode I think. Plus its really flashy. LOL
