I Have casino kind of Barcrest slot machine (reel machine) called Red Devil. It use to work well but now when I am starting the machine it starts initializing. Reels start to work and it tries to give Bar-Bar and last reel misses always the last Bar it goes one step over. After that led display shows error: tyPE diFF ALAr. I have try to find that code, but it is not in the Barcrest MPU4 manual???? So what is the problem in that machine? I ried to google but didn´t find anything...

Is this a standalone homeowner machine
or is this hooked up to a casino backroom alarm system?

Sounds like some sort of security alarm set off?

Google will give you nothing but NewLifeGame posts, so you're in the right place (well, the best place for a home use slot machine),  however, maybe your error is just not that common? Is the error message you described before the only thing that you are getting still? And you say it worked fine, and then just suddenly got this error?

We have answers, but we need info to answer them....after all, this isnt Ask Jeeves.com.

Actually the seller of the machine told that machine use to work very well and after that it was in the storage few months and after that it started with that error. Is there accumolator in that type Barcrest and is there some kind of resettin procedure (like in Bally or IGT machines). And is there any manual to this kind of machine. I haven´t find any???

It would be very helpful if you could post some pictures of the machine, inside and out

"Reels start to work and it tries to give Bar-Bar and last reel misses always the last Bar it goes one step over"
The reason why the machine spins the reels to this position is simply because it is going back to the original position when the game was last played.
That, at least, is showing you that the memory and battery of the machine is functioning correctly.  yes

As far as your "error: tyPE diFF ALAr" error showing up, the machine is trying to tell you that
some sort of a security sensor has been triggered off.

Like cowboy said, we need to see some pictures of your wiring inside, especially around the door, cashbox,
and topbox areas so we can possibly spot a sensor wire amiss?
Is there a player tracking system installed?

I have a million questions but a few pictures by you would answer tons!  yes
Otherwise, it's just a guessing game as to what is installed in your machine.

Remember, the more that you can show us - the better we can help you.
