I'm crazy when it comes to Game King glass.  Since I also have a multi-hand game that I dare not speak of around here, I luckily found a new glass set that goes with that game...for the most part.  I love the classic Double Double Bonus glass too, and it occasionally makes it's way into the machine.

Back to the Game King glass though, are there any other glass sets out there?  Or is the quest complete?   arrow

Thanks,
Jason

Nice Sets!

I am curious about the center bottom Blue set. I have but the upper glass is missing what is displayed in the lower right hand corner, 1" X 2", to the right of the IGT logo.

Thanks for info in advance wave

I'm sure there are some variants out there, but as to why some have it and some don't...who knows.  I attached a photo of what I think you are describing with the missing window in the lower right.  There's another one that says "Multi-Denomination" on the glass.  Different flavors of the same glass type.

I've never seen one with a black square like that.  Is there anything on the back side of the glass?

Yes.

You can tell(from the front) it is a black duck tape, and then with clear tape covers all of tape on back of glass.

Still the picture of all your glass seems to have mine.  Center row, third from top.

Take all of the tape off and you should see a clear window.  You can order a decal to stick on the back side of the clear window.  If you have a bunch of sticky residue on the window after you take the tape off, use some laquer thinner on a paper towel and the goo will come right off.

I have a red set that looks just like the blue set in the middle, so while the images are the same, the colors are red instead of blue.  Also, I have a green set that matches the top blue set.  Again, only difference is color, but mine is not genuine IGT.

Love the collection!  Thanks for posting!

Yoeddy,
FYI, Rudy's Deals has what looks like a dark purple set of the five play glass. They also have a set which they indicate as "purple" which looks like the one you have. Can't tell if it's blue maybe or dark purple. Anyway FYI.
Thanks, Jim

They're purple.  I wasn't sure either when I bought that glass kit from them.

Yoeddy,
The keno glass on the bottom right side in your pic is one I'm interested in. Would you have an extra set for a 17" IGame?
Thanks, Jim

Anyone know of where I can buy some decals.  Ive been looking for a while I can can't find them. I would like to buy them for a sponser of this site.  I would think they are something that should be pretty common.

YoEddy, I was thinking when I first read this after you posted that I had seen a black glass set one time in the casinos, but I haven't seen it since, so I didn't say anything thinking I was just too liquored up again at the casino. rotflmao

But, then I saw this ad this morning on Ebay ...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/IGT-SLOT-MACHINE-GLASS-GAME-KING-MULTI-GAME-9-X-23-5-/261212466772?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3cd179ee54

I think that is what I might have seen one time.  :Dave

Noticed that glass has "Walker Gaming" and "Guaranteed Play" decals on it. Looked it up and found this; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walker_Digital

"The first result of the partnership was Guaranteed Play, a new method for casino game players to purchase game play. Customers receive a fixed number of slot machine spins or blackjack hands, known as a "session" of play, at a discounted price, by paying in advance. Guaranteed Play has enjoyed a limited but successful introduction at such casinos as the Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada."

Buying a session of play, has anyone played this concept before?

Boy, this glass is probably very rare, a must have for a collector!!  rotflmao rotflmao rotflmao

Action Gaming logo too.  Action is usually on the Multi hand games (multistrike, super times pay, etc).

Can't say that I've ever seen their logo on Game King glass.

Wow!  I forgot all about those!  They were a flash in the pan.  Yeah, I played them, but only a few times.  What you could do is buy 50 hands for $20 or 125 hands for $40 or 250 hands for $60 something like that.  In other words, the bargain was better the more you spent.  It was clever because that's just about how many hands you would successfully play anyway for the same amount of money.  If you got a 4-of-a-kind, then you got your money back.  It was sort of like a tournament play ... after all the hands have been played, you could cash out with whatever winnings you made or use those winnings to buy more hands.

Rare glass indeed. yes
