Is the setchip 026 is compatible for SP1271 EPROM? with machine model no. IGT 96400300

Not really...The 1271 calls for a set88,89,90,91,101,102,116 or 121.  You can get by with a set15 to just enable the validator and set denomination. Anything else you should use one of the others listed. If you need one, let me know i have them available.
