nevermind....i gots it....it was the weird latch that holds the lid to the box at the back of the machine...the main board cover?  its really a weird kinda slide lock but you cant see it coz the casino took out the piece that the lock would turn...

I just got my first bb1 dual screen machine about 2 hours ago.  machine was playing fine when it was shut off and loaded into my truck.

when i turned it on at home, it seems to have gone thru the entire bootup process, except it is flashing "call attendant"....the bottom left corner says "Door OpenL"  the bottom middle says "restart" and the lower right corner says "ClosureBMSVD"

it wont go any further from there.

im sure its something that may have just rattled loose or out of alighnment, but i havnet been able to narrow it down

can someone help me please
