Has anyone heard from Glenn?? Is he on another Walk-about??
for weeks now he has not returned emails. I paid for parts months ago and would like to speak to him.
If anyone has his phone number can you please PM me.
Or call him and tell him he has mail.

I heard from him via a PM on Apr 30.  Apologized & said he would get my stuff sent out that I bought in March.  I still haven't received it.  As far as I'm concerned he's a liar & a thief.  Buyer beware!

Well I'm certainly glad to see I'm not the only one on this boat . I have been trying to get a genuine answer from  the"Illusive Glenn" now for, oh, about two months or more . I purchased a 5 reel kit from him in Feb. These are some of the many responses I have received, when he responded to ANY emails or PMs.  3/1 "box is going out in the mail today"......3/7 "yep, box went out today. One went out yesterday.".........3/12 box arrived, but missing parts............3/17 2nd box w/parts going out today...............3/30"get back to you shortly".............4/3 "got a box heading your way tomorrow"..................4/5 box sent?, no reply............4/17 'get right back to you".........4/20 no box.........4/24 still no box........4/28 email "box going out tomorrow".............5/2 response "shipped out today"........ 5/10 "Traveling will find out what happened to box, laptop crashed"...............emails sent 5/11, 5/13, 5/15, 5/16, 5/18 "   NO RESPONSE..............To date I have not received ANY boxes, I have an incomplete game that I have paid for and a project I was trying to finish up with a few extra parts he had and was "going to ship w/ the rest of the missing parts". Now, I'm a VERY patient man, and I understand with things happening in ones life i.e. truck wreak, broken foot, broken slot glass, bad help, laptop crashing, help was suppose to ship the boxes out. The only excuse not used was "the dog ate your boxes" BUT, this has gotten a little beyond what EVEN I will continue to tolerate. Now, not knowing where he really lives (possibly lives where the boxes, his truck, Toto and his bad help have ended up in OZ) I wish no ill fate or bad mojo on Glenn, as I am sure there must be a bonifide, genuine, logical explanation as to whats going on. If family is involved, we don't need the complete details, just let us know.  He just has to let ALL of us know. As I told him, if he doesn't have or never had the parts, just say so, that way we can go to other sources and stop this unending waiting for boxes to arrive. I'm very disappointed that I haven't gotten the parts I needed to get this done. Have made several good natured jabs about the whole situation, but my humor is fading fast, as is my understanding and faith that the boxes will truly be shipped. So,Glenn, NOW would be a good time to jump in and let us know whats what. As one other member said, they COULD file a complaint with Paypal, but that may be the only recourse any of us have. I'm sure he doesn't need those guys cutting him off or worse.  I'll hang in there as long as I know something will be done to rectify the situation. You seemed like a straight shooter and good on your word, but this is NOT placing a good light on you.

Wow... I guess that I'm one of the lucky ones.. I didn't buy any of the game kits, but I did buy 2 WBA 13's and 3 of the new S2000 backlit reels in the boxes.  The only problem I had was that the WBA 13's came in with Bally programming instead of IGT, but that was an easy fix. Glenn seems like he's a nice guy and was trying to pass on some great deals, but he tried to do too much, too fast, then lost control. Hopefully he can and will make it right for everyone soon.

Well some time has passed since the last post here so I thought I would check again.
I got Glenn's number and finally got him to answer. Said he would get out the glass kits that he owes me that week.
Two weeks ago I finally got my box. It was the six pieces of glass for the two kits he advertised here.

Well glass is good, but no reel strips, no reels, no reel shelf, no I/O cards, no button decks... you get the picture. Just glass
I really wanted these kits since most of my 5 reel games have faded reel strips and these were advertised like new.

I have continued to place phone calls but never get an answer or a return call from my messages. If anyone has the reel strips please let me know. All my machines are wide reels and one of these kits was for the narrow reel. That's why I needed the shelf and reels with the glass.
PM me if you have reel strips for sale that are in good to great condition. Or PM me if you want Glenn's number and see if he answers your phone call.
