Hi! I haven't been here in Forever!  2 years ago I got a Ms. Little Green Men machine. About a month after I got it it said "Netplex link down".  I forgot about it and I'm just wanting to get it running again. Any advice is appreciated Smiley
Thanks in advance Smiley

Emelie, first thing you want to check is that the power supply behind the reels is seated well and hasn't worked it's way loose. Do this with the machine off

O.K. apparently there was this box inside loose so I shoved it back in and now no Netplex error.  Now it says "Call Attendant" with the door closed and "Ram Error" with the door open. I took a picture of the screen for you guys (hope it came out good enough for you to read).  At the bottom it says to press F1 or Delete but I don't see anywhere on the outside or inside to press any buttons and pressing the slot buttons doesn't do anything.

You need a keyboard, like for a computer. Plugs into the computer in the top box

Oh wait...prolly F1 duh lol...

Now when you say the top box...do you mean the top part of the machine with the screen on it? Cause I have no idea how to get in there.

Or do you mean there is a box on the inside under the reels? I looked inside and don't see a usb port.
I can take a pic of the inside if that would help

If I remember correctly you actually just press esc. You'll need to remove the top glass then swing the computer and screen out to access the plugs for keyboard and such. You can close the main door while doing this so you'll know if it's working. Once it boots up then just open the door and put everything back together. If you haven't turned the game on in a while there is a small chance the cmos battery in that top box computer might be low or dead and will have to be replaced to prevent going through this every time you turn it on.

Alright so I finally got it open and plugged in the keyboard. Pressed Esc then F1 to continue. It went to the blue screen said "Welcome" then this screen came on.  How long should it be on? I'm thinking it's stuck cause it's been 20 minutes and hasn't done anything else.

About five minutes. Unplug keyboard, turn machine off, turn it back on and when you get to the ram error message open the door and you should hear an alarm, turn the jackpot reset key and watch that little blue display on the main door. If the messages change with each turn of the key you should get to a point where it tells you to hold the white button on the MPU for 3 seconds then it should tell you to close the door. Try this and see what happens

It says "Main Battery Low". Do you know anyone on here who sells that? I rather buy it off someone here than off a random ebay person.
Thank you so much for all your help.

You're welcome, congratulations!  The main battery is on your MPU and we'll probably need you to remove the tray and post a picture of it. There's two different types, one solders in and the other slides in. In the mean time you can put the top box back together, you don't need to mess with anything in there anymore. And remember, turn the machine off before you pull the MPU tray

O.K. so first pic is of the whole MPU tray. The left side is another panel that's raised and connected to the bottom one. It covers the left side of the bottom part. I hope that makes sense. The 2nd pic is a closeup of what I'm guessing is the battery. It's under the raised part on the left side.
P.S. Please don't tell me I have to learn how to solder something lol.  propeller

Edit: It says my pics are too big. Hmmmmm

The battery you need to replace is that slide out coin battery next to the daughter board on the handle side of the tray. Best bet is probably Radio Shack or Walmart. Just match the number on the battery, 2354 I think Scratch Head

On the other hand... that green battery is also necessary for the game to function. It probably got pretty low with the game turned off for so long, but unlike the coin battery it will recharge if the game is left turned on for 8-12 hrs and turned on once a week thereafter to maintain it
