I have this machine that has the standard board, not enhanced, and it has a multimedia lite board on it with a regular 42 sound simm. I can hear some amount of static from the top two speakers while the game is sitting idle, but when I play the game I don't get any cash in sound, reel spin sound, roll up sounds, nothing. I'm pretty sure the amp in the top box is fine and the speakers are connected properly. Could it be a bad multimedia lite board? Will it have legacy sounds even if I remove the mm lite board?

Thanks,

David

Try the board in a different machine and go through the multimedia sound setup again. Did it work and quit or did it come this way?
