So i have a couple Sigma 1700 slots up and running, but i can't play them!
I have no way to get money into the games. There were no bill validators
or coin compartitors installed when i got them.

What coin comparitor do these games use?  The williams style
CC-16d 12 volt Inhibit has the right connector. But the game
will not register coins.

And then i noticed, where are the coin-in optics?? Am i missing
something here?  Also the button/coin interface board has a red
LED on it that is always flashing. I have a feeling that's not right
either.

Can someone please check their sigma uv1700 and post back? Thanks!

Clay, I think you may need an X-10 like Wayne said or an MC-40 or comparable it would have the optics within the comparitor. Will check with someone tonight on theirs and let you know.

You'll notice that the manual doesn't say cc16 at all.

Thanks,

Not all machines have or need optics. Is is possible that this machine uses a CC-62 or another comparitor that doesn't use optics?

ok thanks!
So all the micro comparitors i have are from Wms slots, and have
a different connector. Do you think if i re-wire the connector these
MC40 comparitors will work in the sigma? (No sense wire on sigma.)

OK i made an adaptor cable and used the Wms MC40.
It works, kind of. I get a "generic coin-in tilt", and must
open and close the coin door on every coin drop. It does
however register the credit. so although laborious, i have
been able to play a couple pulls.  i guess that's progress.
maybe i need the exact right MC40 (and not the williams
one)?
