Hello, I'm new here and hopefully i get this in the right place.

I bought a "In the Money" Bally S6000 made 2001. Machine worked perfect, then I accidentally changed a setting which then required
a SafeRam Clear. Ordered the chips and did the clear. Got all settings the way I wanted them and machine is working again with the
exception of the Bill Validator. It lights up, it pulls in the money, but then spits it back out. Any and every bill tried. It did work
just fine before clear.

The only setting I changed after the clear was coins to credit and all wins to credit rather then spitting out quarters after every win.

Hope this is in right area and that I gave enough information. Thank you in advance for any help anybody may provide.

When you're out of Quarters, You're done.

If the BV does nothing when installed, pull it out and make sure the plug in the back upper left corner is not broken away from the mount. If you push the BV in hard you can brake it. Always push it in firmly but not fast. I broke one slamming it in.

it does do something. The lights work, when you insert a bill it pulls it in, then 2 seconds later it spits it back out. I have tried dozens of bills
of all denominations.

Well I gotta thank people for trying to help, but I have found the problem.

As much as I dont want to admit this Silly Me!, I somehow got the settings for the denomination set to $25.00 rather then 0.25.
Once I got the DIP switches set correctly everything is back up and working properly.

For the record I did get 2 other error codes in the process of getting it back up. One was a 91FF and other was a 91NC.
Both were corrected with DIP switch settings and a SafeRam clear.
