I have (4) WBA 13 bill acceptors, all with the same eprom chip, a ID 003 V.338. What type chip do I need for these to work in my S2000 machines?

I also have (2) bill acceptors that have a female plug on them, I guess they are for Bally machines, does anyone have a use for these 2?

Thanks,

David

Yes, you need ID023/24 for IGT machines. ID003 is for Bally.

I think the latest update for ID023/24 is 3.75 or 3.80. I know 3.75 will take the colored fives.

Anyone one of the chip vendors will have the WBA chips...

IDO03 is for Bally, WMS, aristocrat, Atronic, just about any other slot except IGT.

The ones with female plugs are wba 10/11 units. Ido003 is used in bally. You need ido024 for the IGT? version 3.80 is the newest for the wba 12/13 units and accept upto and including the new hundred.

What machines are the WBA 10/11 transports for?

They work in the same machines, just require different machine cable. They were replaced by the wba12/13 as the program on the chip needed to get bigger for the new bills. I could be wrong but I think support for the wba 10/11 stopped at the new $10.
And as you know....I have all the chips for them.
