Hmm, I had never heard of the company before.  Here's their website:

I'd say it's some kind of a communications interface board for a casino player tracking system.  It's certainly not a stand-alone progressive unit, and it's not doing much of anything in your machine at home.  You can safely remove it and throw it in the trash if you'd like.
