Have a customer in Italy - has an S+ - machine does not work - how can he tell if the machine is 220v?

what IF - the machine is wired 110v and he applies 220v?   since he has already done this and no BANG - can be assume it is a 220v game?

the only real way to know would be to look at that terminal block and see where the purple wire is in relation to the black 115  wire.

do any lights come on? or is the machine completely dead?

the only thing that changes the game from 110 to 220 is that connection on the terminal block. after doing that,  the transformer will provide all the same AC voltages to operate the game.

hard to communicate as he is italian and my english is not good.  All I know is he got an empty box - bought some boards etc - and no meter - not sure if he has lights - will see if I can get him to understand that question.  I doubt he will understand the wiring check.
