I am brand new to this forum.  I ave searched for over an hour, so I think I can post now.

I have read online owners manuals and looked at repair logs here and at other sites.
I nee to remove my playing field glass to remove a stuck ball, and cant.
I removed the 2 clips, my word, that are held in with 2 screws each.  Didnt work, but I know this is part of the process.
So, what do I need to do now.
PS...This is my only Pinball Machine, had it about 15 years and this is the first I have had to do this.  Also, this is the first pinball game I can remember as a rugrat at the local bowling alley, so when I found it, I immediately flashed back to 4th grade or so, now I just turned 50.  Wouldn't sell it, won't even think about it.

Hopefully someone will take the time to answer this question.  From what I have read, it must be so basic, it is not even addressed, except to y "remove the glass"
Thanx in advance

Hi.. First thing to do is open your front door on your machine. On the inside top of the opening is a lever you need to release. Once that's done you should be able to lift up the chrome piece at the bottom of the glass, on the top on the machine. Once that's off your glass should slide out towards the front of your machine.  Hope this helps.

OMG, I just wrote a very LONG response and I had a POWER SURGE, it's raining.  And, BLIP, it went away.  I am gassed.  I need to redon that.  Needles to say, THANK YOU, the issue is solved.
I am not a happy camper right now
