I recently bought "Uncle Sam" from the same vendor as my other posts and the sound on this game is sporadic.  There is definitely something wrong with it and I’m wondering if the board I received has the proper eproms and cards.

The base eprom is “10001101”.

The game eproms are "GME 2 of 2 G0002103" and "GME 1 of 2 G0002103”

There is no card next to the base eprom.  The middle card is PXLF4....3 of 3.....C0000913. The card furthest from the base eprom is PXLF3....2 of 3....C000913.

The horizontal card is SNDF….DSS00144.

Here’s a video of my Uncle Sam:

Here’s a video that bettorslots was kind enough to post:

Does anyone have any thoughts on why I'm having problems with the sound?  I haven't had any luck getting a response from the vendor.  Thanks for your help!

I think I would find a different vendor to give my money to.

Try cleaning the DSS simm's contacts with a pencil eraser. The Game set I have for Uncle Sam has DSS00141 for a sound simm.

Does your MM II sound board work fine with your other games?

Buzz nailed it.  You have the wrong sound simm installed.  DSS00144 is for multi-strike video poker.  DSS00141 is the correct sound simm for Uncle Sam.

It is U.S. Gaming Exporters.  I ordered a bunch of 3902 boards with all the necessary software installed on each of them.  I know how to swap out base eproms with my 22 key chip and have done it dozens of times, but I don't know what chip and simm card numbers go with each game, so I'm kind of at the mercy of them to make sure the software they install is accurate, complete, and works properly.  I was hoping I wouldn't have to post videos or even mention them on this site because I felt it was their responsibility to rectify the issues I'm having off-line, but I haven't been able to get them to respond to me even when I see them logged onto this site.  I sent another private message last night suggestiing they take a look at the videos I posted for 3 of the games they sent me.

Or maybe just post the games you were supposed to get and we can post the software you need for each...might save you some typing, as we can look them up by title on reference lists and let you know what you SHOULD have.

This isn't cool. You sent the $$$, they need to deliver what you ordered or get you $$$ back to you ASAP.  No excuse. 6 weeks tells me they either don't have the items or don't have the $$$ to refund to you.

I just wanted to thank everyone - lindam1, Blueridgeslots, idesign, Buzz, Jimise, Tilt, SlotSteve, CVSlots, CommTechn, OhioGaming, and FORDSBS - for taking the time to read and respond to some of my recent posts detailing some problems I was having with software from U.S. Gaming Exporters.

As you may have read in another post, I was able to track Mike down on his cell phone today thanks to the other phone numbers you provided.  We've agreed that I'm going to ship back the problem software and he will issue the applicable refund.  The next time he's in my area, he might stop by with replacement software for us to test on site before payment.

I believe 2 of the games he sent in April work ok and I kept most of the games he sent me in late 2012.  I wish I had a master list of game numbers to compare to.  Here's what I have for each game that I kept.  I apologize if the formatting is screwed up as I cut and pasted this from a spreadsheet.  Thank you!

Mark Without going back and rereading the 3 threads you have going, the way I see your mess is. All the software you have is the correct software except for the sound simms. I mean all three games play, if any of the eproms or simms were mismatched the game would not come up and play.  true you need to change some of the labels.
