Tried everything I could think of to reset the memory. the model on the manufacturer plate is blank. Does anyone know what model this is and how to reset the memory, thanks

Is that a Universal???  Scratch Head
Coin tray says Aristocrat.
Buttons and coin entry do not look like a Universal.

Universal did make an XT poker game that used an IBM XT board with a Dallas key chip. But that does not quite look like a Universal XT.

Did some looking and your machine is an Aristocrat. Look in this area for help; http://newlifegames.net/nlg/index.php?board=42.0

You need to figure out what MK it is. Like MK2.5, MK4, MK5, etc.
A pic of the boards would help in identifying the machine.

Its a Aristocrat 2.5 and here is the clear - reset procedure.
