I have a machine that appears to have had the reals moved around.  The are numbered correctly in the machine but the hits are all wrong.  Does anyone have the correct reel strip placement for the Double Stars 5 Reel so I can check and see what is out of sequence.

Are the reel strips aligned properly? In the notches?

Also, if you look at the award glass, sometimes you can get some hints from the symbols. For example, the Double symbol, is it on every reel strip, or only 1,3,&5, or only 2&4???

Had not thought about checking the notches,  that also could be the problem.  Are there charts that show the proper sequencing of the symbols on the reels?  Thanks again!!

No list to my knowledge. Again, look at the glass. Not common for same symbol to appear on EVERY reel in 5 reel games. Top aard is usually something like 7-Dbl-7-Dbl-7, and you'll notice there are no Dbls on reel strips 1,3,&5.

If the game did not come directly from a casino, I'm kinda leaning towards the notches. It's an easy enough mistake to make. Some reels have lots of little bumps on the outside of the reels that make it easy to mistake the correct position.
