Hey guys, I'm in need of some help with my button panel.Is there anyway to downgrade the firmware on the buttons after it has been upgrade?why i ask is because at the moment it has the version of 2.03 on the button panel and 3.01 on the button.i have try over and over to downgrade the button firmware to 2.03 but no luck.i can upgrade and downgrade the panel but the button does not change.any help will be thankful

Have you tried using OS SSSG-000-1480 with your game?  It has downgrade firmware in it to make your deck 2.03.....  OS SSSG-000-1696 with upgrade it to 3.02.

so if i place this panel on a game thats running on OS 1480 it will make my button panel buttons be downgrade to v2.03 although at the moment the panel has v2.03 and the button has v3.01?

no luck. when the button panel was place on the machine with the OS 1480,it cause it not to load.it stays on the loading screen,configuration screen

is there anyway i can boot back the original firmware that it had before with the USB comm.test simulator ?if so were can this file be found?

Hey guys seem to have problems downloading the software from one version to another version than lower, here a small contribution:

1. - It may be to replace a key and this has a 03.02 firmware and you have on the panel and buttons installed firmware version 02.03. In order to solve this problem without being hang the PC software should do the following:

A. - Replace firmware by one panel current version is 03.02 or 03.03
B. - After you are loaded the new firmware, must charge to all buttons version 02.03
C. - Once all the buttons have this version, charge the panel back to version 02.03.

These steps must be done this way because that key new version usually lock the panel and no way to lower the firmware if the panel is in the blocking state.

2_ can be to replace a key and this has a 02.03 firmware and you have on the panel and buttons the firmware version 03.02. In order to overcome this problem is simple should only lower the firmware back to the button in question or if you want to all buttons. (In this case does not mean that it will not work in the machine but these are more current versions that not compatible in the 02.03 version of the operating systems are all 15xx and 16xx and can produce different errors). Prevent such mixtures.
