Where can I get a clear chip and key chip for IGT Super Joker?

So, I bought a slot machine on a whim for a Derby party and the previous owner has been very helpful in guiding me through clearing errors. On Friday I had a friend cash out and the machine said Primary SAS Down. I tried everything I know how to do from my limited time as an owner, but nothing got rid of the error. The previous owner said that I would need a clear chip to get rid of it (and a key chip if I wanted to enable all the menu options, since right now the 3 section where all the SAS options are isn't available). Anyone know where I can get these chips? I really want to get my machine up and running again, so any help I can get is much appreciated.

cradymc  Now understand I'm only guessing that your Super Joker game is a S+ game that was put into a S 2000 machine. ( It's done all the time )  If you will pull your MPU board out and take a look at the base chip it will probably be a SB001000. If I'm correct  you will need a Clear 97 and a Key 31 chips. If it was me I would also change the two game chips to SG000363, by using those two game chips you will never have to set the SAS or WAMM. If you will ever want to make your machine a Multi Denomination, change the Version chip to a VS011GX1 The way I look at it is change everything at one time.
