Have a Bally Alpha Video, M9-2,  "Winning Times" that is not booting up after the splash screen. Any ideas where to go from here? Thanks. Bill

Bill have you checked the power supplies?
Then I would try a clear with the proper clear card.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, look into a CPU replacement.

Hi Lindsay. Yes I heard that before. That's an awful long time but I'll try it again. Anything to shorten that time? Bill. Also It's just a blank screen after the splash screen while I'm waiting.

To know what clear card is needed, you would have to post what operating system your using.

Can you tell me where I can find out which OS I am using? Is it on the flash cards? Thanks. I found an AVOS# 317-02 on the top flash card.

I checked the 2 batteries on the board and they are dead. Will this stop the game from booting?

I do believe so, but do not know for sure.
I did have a machine throw an error code and lock up when only one battery was low.
I had to perform a complete clear to bring the machine back up after replacing the batteries.
