Can someone tell me what is missing just above the coin bucket/tray?
It looks as if something went there but I can figure out what.
Thanks, Jim

My guess is some type of label or plaque. Such as casino name, further instructions for the lame, etc.

If it was a 3 reel slot instead of video, is that where the credit meter and whatnot would have been?

Did they ever have bartop 3 reel slots, and did they ever do conversions like that?
Thanks, Jim

Wouldn't they have used that same top frame on their slant tops also?

Maybe but the button configuration doesn't make sense.

player tracking unit

I was looking around a bit last night and it looks as if that top plate is removable and there would be an open 2x2 or so hole in the top. Player tracking seems legit. Does anyone have a pic of what it might look like with a tracking unit?
Thanks, Jim

Can those be found for sale?
I eventually would like to use a player tracking software in my Gamemaker.
That looks like it would go well with my machine.
Thanks, Jim
