When doing a ram clear the next step after entering the serial number is "Enter asset number for SAS protocol". How do I find or determine this number? This is a bally gamemaker hd alpha M9000. I am not technically gifted and don't have access to local repair.
Thank you

If you are using a Full On-Line System in an Operation it will be the number given by your Operation

If you are a Home User, it can be Blank or whatever you want

Thank you very much. I got my hands on a set up and operations manual and want to make sure I have all the information I need. I guess my next step is to find out what clear card I need. I have herd I have to power down and get the BIOS number.
Thank you again!
