Bring one back to life ?

I'm not saying it will or will not work but I've never had a Game King with a Poker game in it that a Key 040 did not work.  Oh and it's BS that a Key040 is for a 044 board. I've never owned a 044 and I use a Key040 all the time.  ( It's the only key chip I use for a Poker game ) As I type this I have 7 machines sitting in my living room that started out in life as Game Kings, true today most of them have  I Game software in them but that changes day to day.  KEY040 for Poker Games, KEY22 for I GAMES, CLEAR97 and KEY31 for S 2000

You said you have a 3902 board, guess what that board doesn't know what year the cabinet was made.

Since I'm a Noobie on a G/K, I believe you.  I don't know any different.  Hell, I'm still working on walking and chewing gum at the same time without falling down     

Just trying to figure out the quickest, easiest way without having to get one keychip, then another, then another.  Being I'm on the left coast and 25 year state, parts are not plentiful here for a G/K.  Since this is such an older chip set ("Mysterious and Rare" as 4 Deuces said) sounds like no one has had any direct interaction with this specific chipset to confirm one way or another.  I'm on it. 

Tell you what I'll do, PM me your address and if a Key 040 doesn't work I'll refund you double what I charge you for the chip.
