I have a Tatung CRT monitor for a Game Maker/Gamblers Choice. The horizontal will not adjust at all on the adjustment board & I've tried other fully working adjustment boards & have also tried the adjustment dials on the chassis board with no luck.  Does anybody know which cap etc. I can replace on the chassis to possible fix this? Any Help Would Be Appreciated - Thank You  Scratch Head  Help

Hello
Check C24, IC1 LM358, and Q8. I have found IC1 to be the most common.
