Hi Everyone, it's been awhile

I'm in the process of changing my dads DD from dollar token to .25. Having some problems with the coin optics. I installed the .25 encoder and when the coin passes through it goes to the hopper without creating a credit. After doing optics test with stick 10-1 did not change back and forth, 11-1 and 12-1 do change. I have read that removing Q-2 or Q-4 may help but no mention if that was performed on a board with optics issues. Think by removing it will it help, I also did remove board and cleaned the optics, no help still the same test results. Just wondering about this procedure.
Thanks Brian
