I have a Bally Series "E" (E2224-19) Series 2000 that has been working fine and all of a sudden the hopper won't dispense coins. Shows error #32 and the hopper is full of coins. Did test #4 and error 32 continues. Any help would be appreciated. I'm 63 yrs old so please consider me a newbie and a little slow, I do have a service manual (Series E 1980-1986).

check the fuse on the front of the hopper - empty coins make sure nothing is jammed

Fuse is fine, no coins are jammed.
Next idea please.

Can you manually turn the hopper? Empty out the coins and on the hopper motor is a spring loaded lever. You should be able to release the brake and turn the hopper by grabbing the black looking star. If it won't spin then something's jamming it or you could have a motor/gearbox problem. Did you check your fuse with a meter?

If it's jammed, force it... If it breaks it needed to be replaced anyway...

I wonder if you have a problem with the hoppers circuit board?
